System Overview

The star-shaped discharger is used to install at the discharge port of the discharger working under negative pressure. The upper part accepts the material discharged  the discharger. 4. Temperature-resistant type The temperature of the materials it transports can reach 280°C. classification

The star-shaped unloader is divided into three types: ordinary type, pressure-resistant type  high temperature-resistant type.

Pressure-resistant type: It uses a closed rotor, which can be widely used in suction-type, pressure-feeding air flow transmission systems  negative pressure transmission equipment. , So it is called the Wansuo air-conditioner in this respect, which  only can withstand pressure, but also has ordinary functions.

High temperature resistance type: according to the temperature rise of the material delivery  the discharge port, because the temperature  quality have an effect on the expansion of the body,  are unfavorable to the bearing  the oil seal system.

Ordinary type: It can be used on ordinary materials below 80 degrees  normal temperature.It can continuously  evenly feed into the conveying pipe,  it can also function as a discharger in the system  the separation dust collection section.

Precautions

1. Before using the star-shaped unloader, check the amount of lubricating oil  the type of oil in the reducer, replace with new oil after one month of operation,  change the oil once a year thereafter.

2. Connect the air source interface,  check whether the interface is blocked by foreign objects, to ensure that the interface is clean  smooth;

3. Before using the star-shaped unloader, make sure that the rotation direction of the rotor is clockwise (seen  the shaft end of the reducer, which is consistent with the arrow on the sprocket cover);

4. Before using the star-shaped unloader, open the sprocket cover to check the tension of the chain. During the operation, it should be checked regularly; at the same time, apply appropriate grease to the chain  the sprocket;

5. During the entire use of the unloader, adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure at the seal is greater than 0.05MPa of the material pressure in the valve body. The gas is oil-free, dry compressed air;

6. During the entire use of the star-shaped unloader, the air source at the seal always exists,  the air source can be turned off only after it is believed that the valve is out of service;

common error

1. During the transportation  installation of the star-shaped unloader, it should be kept stable to avoid collision  even cause the shell to break  deform.

2. The reducer has been filled with lubricating oil No. 0 grease before leaving the factory,  the ash discharge valve has been filled with lithium-based grease. Within 6-10 months after being put into use, the transmission  bearing parts should be supplemented  replaced with grease. If the ambient temperature is high  there is too much humidity  dust in the air, the oil change time should be shortened appropriately.

3. During use, if the equipment has air leakage  ash leakage in the axial direction, the material cover can be firmed.

4. In the process of operation, avoid equipment overload due to large material particles  strong adhesion,  equipment jam  motor short-circuit caused by foreign trade foreign objects in the dust collector, causing equipment  damage. It is recommended that users promptly check  install Overload protection device.

5. This machine is suitable for continuous working system, allowing forward  reverse operation.

6. The output shaft, input shaft  other parts of the unloader are  allowed to be hammered directly to prevent damage.
