ICS14 series high-precision belt scales, with a dynamic cumulative error of less than ±0.125%, are installed on belt conveyors with relatively small inclination angles. Even if a certain load cell fails, the measurement can be continued. ICS14 belt scale is mainly composed of four parts: ICS14 fully suspended weighing bridge supported by four weighing sensors, 2301D digital converter, digital speed sensor, 2301 totalizer.

 ICS14 weighing bridge

The ICS14 weighing bridge is a fully suspended structure with four sets of rollers, without trunnion fulcrums moving parts. It is designed with rectangular steel tubes requires very little maintenance. Four weighing sensors are installed on the two beams to provide support for the symmetrical heavy bridge. The weighing bridge is a unit assembly structure, which can be easily quickly installed on site, only eight bolts are needed to fix it. The scale supports the belt width 500-1400mm (>1400 non-standard design).
